If we acted from LOVE rather than fear, this world would be a better place.
Oregon women bare their bodies to strengthen the message of peace.
On a beautiful day, we gathered, 7 weeks to 68 years old, in solidarity about our commitment to creating a more peaceful world, within ourselves, and through our actions. We came together on Mother's Day weekend, a holiday which sprang in part from the words of Julia Ward Howe, whose 1870 Mother's Day Proclamation called for women internationally to join together to work for an end to war and an increase in peace for all. We enjoyed the sun on our skin and the joy in our hearts as we focused on continuing the cycle of peace within and sending it out into the world.
